What’s Included in the Course Fee
We want to ensure you have a comfortable and enriching learning experience.
Your course fee covers:
- Attendance at the course
- Access to course materials (if applicable)
- Lunches
- Healthy refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks.
Please note, however, that the course fee does not include accommodation, evening meals, travel, or any other personal expenses you may incur. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of your experience!
Paying the ticket out of your own pocket?
Use the UNDERCOVER_LEARNER Discount and save 20%!
If you’re paying the ticket out of your own pocket and you don’t have a VAT number, you can get a 20% discount on any tickets and any ticket tiers!
How? Just enter the UNDERCOVER_LEARNER promotional code on Eventbrite in the field “Enter promo code”, on the screen where you can select the number of tickets (before you hit the “Checkout button”) – see below.
This code will not be applied retroactively once the purchase is completed. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/discount codes, and it applies to any ticket tier.
VAT
The course prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied based on the customer’s country and legal entity type.
Payment Terms
To confirm your seat in the course, we kindly ask that payment is made within 14 days of the invoice date or before the course start date, whichever comes first.
We use Eventbrite (an online ticketing and event registration platform) to manage your workshop registration, send tickets and provide event details to you via email.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (Select “Invoice” at checkout to use this option).
Substitutions and Cancellations by You
Life happens, and we understand that plans sometimes change. If you’re unable to attend the course, you can:
Nominate a substitute: If someone else from your team can attend in your place, simply let us know in writing before the course begins.
Cancel: If you need to cancel your participation, here’s what you should know:
- With more than 30 days’ notice, you’ll receive a refund of 100% of the total course fee (FULL REFUND).
- With 15–30 days’ notice, you’ll receive a refund of 50% of the total course fee.
- With a 0–14 days’ notice, we can’t guarantee a refund.
We recommend informing us as early as possible to minimize cancellation charges.
Cancellations or Changes by Us
In the rare case that we need to change the course location or dates, we’ll do our best to inform you as early as possible. If the revised location or period doesn’t work for you, don’t worry—we’ll refund 100% of your prepaid course fee.
If, for any reason, we need to cancel the course entirely, we will also refund 100% of your prepaid course fee.
Please note, though, that we cannot cover other costs you might incur, such as travel expenses or any related charges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
