Short biography:

Kenny specializes in technical leadership, software architecture, and sociotechnical system design, guiding organizations in building sustainable, resilient, and adaptable software systems.

As an independent software consultant and trainer, he helps teams bridge the gap between business, stakeholders, and software creators through Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Team Topologies, and collaborative modeling.
He believes that “every voice shapes the software.”

Kenny Baas-Schwegler is the co-author of the book Collaborative Software Design.

His workshops empower teams to navigate complexity, resolve conflicts, and create software that aligns seamlessly with business needs. Through a practical, hands-on approach, Kenny facilitates clearer communication, deep democracy, and a shared understanding helping teams turn complexity into clarity.
