Alcune tecniche imparate, per quanto semplici, fanno la differenza, come avere il giusto mindset permette di comunicare meglio, con meno parole, ma con più concetti.
Consiglio questo corso perché oltre ad essere interessante e leggero, offre una miriade di spunti operativi e introspettivi utili nel day-by-day, nel lavoro e non solo.

Il corso è davvero ben strutturato: il giusto mix di teoria e pratica. Matteo Baglini è fantastico: riesce a farti capire in modo semplice anche i concetti più complessi. Consigliato per tutte le persone che, come me, avevano approcciato il mondo FP senza mai capirlo davvero a fondo, e vogliono passare al next level.

Ottimo corso per avvicinarsi ai microservizi: ti fa capire i pro e i contro di un approccio di questo genere.

Un corso sicuramente dirompente, fin dalle prime battute. Estremizza e al tempo stesso da una spiegazione ad alcune osservazioni e best practices accumulate durante anni di corsi più tradizionali.
È bellissimo sperimentare come si riesca a vincere l’assopimento delle ore 15…

Le tecniche che ho imparato hanno trasformato il modo in cui progetto e svolgo le sessioni di formazione, rendendole più coinvolgenti ed efficaci. Ciò che veramente mi ha colpito è stata l’atmosfera collaborativa e le preziose informazioni condivise da Marco e dagli altri partecipanti. Consiglio vivamente questo workshop a chiunque desideri migliorare le proprie capacità formative e creare esperienze di apprendimento significative.

The Writing OKRs Masterclass with Allan Kelly was great to take my OKR writing to the next level with thought-provoking content, in a collaborative environment, all with a modern way of thinking and working

I would strongly recommend Allan’s OKR workshop to companies of all sizes.
OKRs is a valuable tool to align great minds to focus on important work when used correctly. However the beauty lies in the how, and there could be so many misconceptions and how to use it effectively. Allan’s course debugs a lot of that and really articulates and demonstrates the true value very well.

I loved the time spent with such remarkable colleagues and Barry O’Reilly as a mentor during the Advanced Software Architecture Workshop – Design software systems for complex business environments with Residuality Theory, organized by Avanscoperta.
The certificate of attendance is a little thing compared to other amount and quality of notions Barry can transmit, and I’m glad to Avanscoperta for bringing him to Italy. This has been really going “in Avanscoperta”!

This has been a fun and challenging experience. It was challenging because it is awesome to see some scientific rigour applied to our industry, where we still tend to make decisions based on intuition.
This has nicely messed up my mind in very fun ways and leaves me hungry to discover more.
I look forward to letting these thoughts mess with the quick assumptions we’re used to making and to continuing to change my perspectives.
It was also great to do this workshop with a very nice crown. I deeply enjoyed the debates and chats, which added to the already high value of the experience.
