The course is very interactive and all participants are included in the learning and discovery.

I’ve learnt about (and, more importantly, applied!) some of Luca’s best practices about working with remote & distributed teams, being effective in meetings and communication, managing expectations, and leading teams to growth.

I’ve worked for a few years with Luca and what always impressed me is his ability to take charge of things, be accountable of successes and mistakes and drive the team goals forward through obstacles. His attitude of speaking directly and sincerely while expecting the same from others, helped create and drive a high performance team that kept improving.

Luca taught me many things: how to frame a difficult conversation and create an acceptable outcome for both parties; how to work through a conversation with a team member and reach the root issue; how to communicate well and manage up; how to balance conflicting business needs; and how to approach Director-level and CEO-level leadership.

Corso veramente molto bello, teorico e pratico nelle giuste proporzioni. Un must se vuoi lanciarti in questo difficile mondo e non sai da dove partire… Raccomandatissimo!

Alla fine del corso non sarai un guru dei microservizi, ma sicuramente avrai messo nella tua borsa degli attrezzi un gran numero di nozioni, metodi e consigli con cui iniziare a sperimentare.

Un metodo apparentemente semplice, ma che stimola potenti riflessioni e utili conversazioni.

Conoscere tecniche e strumenti non basta, è necessario capire quando e come adottarli e in funzione del tipo di situazione che si ha di fronte.
